Collins View & Marshall Park are within ten minutes of downtown yet are home to nearly 1700 acres of publicly accessible green space. It’s an area seeming more rural than urban. Homes range is age from 1 to nearly 100 years old yet seem to fit comfortably next to one another. Nearby is an inviting commercial district that includes Market of Choice, Bella’s Garage Coffee House, Chez Jose and Starbucks. My personal favorite store in the area is Burlingame TV, home to a wide collection of beautiful vintage radios.
